Delivery and Collection

​

We can safely deliver any of our cakes to locations within and around the Ascot area and we are also happy for you to collect your cakes from us if this is more convenient to you. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and to protect our customers, we ask that you park outside our premises, open your boot, call us on 07712 580688 and we’ll come and pop the cake in the car.

IMPORTANT: Once a cake has been delivered or collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the cake is with the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any damages thereafter.​

 

PLEASE NOTE: Some cakes do not travel well! Please let us know if you are intending to transport the cake yourself, to another destination, after we have delivered it to you. We will need to advise you on whether this is a viable option for the specific cake you have ordered.

Allergies

 

All cakes are freshly made on the premises in our kitchen. Whilst we do not include nuts in our cakes, we are unable to guarantee that they will be made in an entirely nut free environment.

We are able to cater for gluten and dairy free. Please feel free to contact us to discuss.

Deposit

 

Payment of a non refundable deposit is required in order to confirm your order. We are unable to refund your deposit once an order has been made. The non-refundable deposit secures your booking with Let Them Eat Cake.

 

Full payment must be made at delivery or collection.
