Vanilla
Made with pure magadascian vanilla essence.
Chocolate
Smooth and velvety.
Mochaccino
A delightfully intense coffee sponge, topped with a smooth coffee buttercream.
Carrot Cupcakes
A moreish treat, combining the freshest carrots, a handful of walnuts, zesty citrus peels and freshly ground spices. Finished with a mascapone cream cheese frosting.
Zesty Lemon
A beautiful light citrus sponge, complemented with either a fresh lemon buttercream, or chocolate.

MODERN TWISTS
Red Velvet
A delicious light red chocolate sponge, layered and topped with a cream cheese frosting.
White Chocolate & Raspberries
Melted white chocolate and raspberries folded in to a vanilla sponge. Mmmm!
Chocolate Cherry
This little beauty can also masquerade as a modern take on the black forest gateau. Works perfectly as a cupcake or a larger cake and topped with either a chocolate ganache, butter cream or whipped cream.
Chocolate Orange
As our chocolate cake, with a zing of freshly grated orange zest.
